His beautiful dark bay coat is marred only by the two small white socks on his hind legs. Zombie has a surprisingly full mane and tail; no need to fakes on this horse. Zombie was bred specifically for Victoria by her father. The colt actually stopped breathing mere moments after birth but was immediately revived by the vet. He seems to have suffered no ill effects, save for his unfortunate nickname; Zombie. His stunted growth is attributed to the fact that he was a twin; the other foal having been stillborn. Despite being born in America, Zombie was licensed for breeding in Germany shortly after turning four. He was returned to Victoria a mere month before her move to White Oak. True to his breed Zombie is an incredibly talented jumper. So far Victoria is working on pace and focus with him, as height is no issue. He has the potential for hunters, jumpers, eq, or even eventing, with a little work. In the barn Zombie has perfect manners; Victoria will tolerate nothing less. He is a cuddler and a great lover of treats. Children fascinate him, and he is exceedingly gentle with them. Under saddle though, he can be a nightmare. Bucking is not an unusual occurrence when doing anything other than jumping, and once he manages to unseat his rider he likes to play tag. mikey is a lady killer?! of caution 2.0 |
