He probably would've been decent, but once he threatened to break the pony barrier, his owners started working on more Jumper-like aspects of his career. Now he jumps 3'9" courses solidly, although Tobin has jumped him 4'6" at home. Kelso is a chestnut overo that has a small warmblood build. He has a kind eye, but tends to nip. Tobin has owned Kelso for a while, almost three years. Now that he's twelve they realize that he's still a pony, and can still show in pony classes, but never even considered trying to make him a hunter again. He's quick and turns on a dime, and sometimes tries to rush fences. He's not so good at finding spots, so he needs a rider that can help with that. mikey is a lady killer?! of caution 2.0 |
